Robbie Macfarlane MIBC

Robbie has extensive background experience in senior executive management gained in major blue chip companies including the Burton Group, C & A, Clarks Shoes and the Sears Group, within which he has held a variety of senior roles covering general management, buying and merchandising, sales and marketing, planning and stock control, warehouse and transport liaison, store management and systems development.

Subsequently, and for the last twenty years, he has developed significant Non Exec experience and expertise, and he has worked successfully with numerous owner / managers of SME businesses in many business sectors.

As a practical, ‘hands on’, results-orientated individual, he is able to operate successfully at both ‘the sharp end’ and at the strategic level Robbie offers Non Exec support to established SME businesses in areas such as strategic planning, business planning and development, and (critically) implementation, financial performance improvement, commercial management, strategic market / product planning and development, and outsourcing.

He is a Full Member of the Institute of Business Consulting (MIBC) and holds an NVQ Level 4 in Business Counselling.

Robbie is based in the Midlands and is able to undertake Non Exec projects for all types of SME businesses within this region and adjacently.
