Keith Andrew MIBC, AIB, CP

After a successful career in business Banking and Finance for over thirty years, during which time hundreds of businesses, from start up’s to plc’s, were helped by Keith to grow and to increase their value, he moved on to provide a more “hands on” support service for clients, and he has for the last twelve years acted as a Non Exec, focusing primarily on the SME sector

This role means that at all times he is independent, detached, objective, and cost effective whilst adding value to the business. His key attributes include being proactive, creative, lateral thinking, wise counsel, flexible, adaptable, ethical, honest, open and transparent, galvanising and challenging, motivating, performance-monitoring, progress-chasing and supportive, to name but a few key attributes !

Keith has a successful track record in assisting owners, directors and senior mangers of SME companies, particularly before, during and after periods of significant strategic change and development. He also has considerable experience in the field of business management and financial planning, strategy planning and development and implementation, restructuring and reorganisation, and turnaround and recovery.

He has worked across a vast range of industry sectors, including also Not For Profit enterprises. He has also been appointed to a number of Boards as a Non Executive Director as well as holding Director positions and Chairing several Charitable Boards and Customer Representation Committees, providing a wealth of practical knowledge to those businesses and organisations.

Keith is a Full Member of the Institute of Business Consulting (MIBC) as well as being an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB), and is a Certified Practitioner with the British Accreditation Bureau (CP).
